A coordinated PDPVerifier v3.5.0 and Filecoin Warm Storage Service
v1.4.0 contract upgrade is scheduled for the Filecoin Mainnet
network from 15:00 to 19:00 UTC on September 3, 2026.
The existing PDPVerifier and FWSS proxy addresses will remain unchanged.
The maintenance includes the PDPVerifier proxy upgrade, the FWSS proxy
upgrade, the FWSS StateView switch, and post-upgrade validation.
